Personalised Digital Support for Adult Mental Health
Personalised Digital Support for Adult Mental Health
Our priority is integrating evidence-based, safe, and low-threshold tools into the national support network, providing accessible early support and self-regulation resources across Slovenia.
The MojUM project develops a low-threshold, safe, and evidence-based digital tool designed to deliver personalised support for adult mental health. The platform is tailored for the general public, mental health professionals, and individuals coping with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, other anxiety disorders, and attention deficit (hyperactivity) disorder (ADD/ADHD). It functions as a complementary self-help resource alongside routine care or as an independent early intervention, backed by robust safety guardrails and direct integration with public health frameworks.
Background
Slovenia’s Mental Health Act and the National Mental Health Programme (Resolution MIRA) prioritise community-based, preventive, and accessible care. However, a substantial gap persists in the systematic deployment of evidence-based, validated digital mental health interventions in the Slovenian language, particularly for disorder-specific support integrated into formal care pathways. Existing commercial alternatives often remain generic or English-based, lacking integration with national clinical guidelines. MojUM addresses this systemic need by providing accessible, verified digital interventions that mitigate disparities caused by long waiting times, stigma, rural isolation, or socio-economic barriers.
Purpose of the project
The purpose of the project is twofold:
Project objectives
Phases of the project (Work Packages)
