Project Description
The aim of the project is to perform the tasks of the National Contact Point (NCP) under an annual contract with the EMCDDA, consisting of the collection, coordination and analysis of national drug data in line with the EMCDDA standards and their transmission to the EMCDDA.
Added Value
It also includes the monitoring and analysis of national expert and scientific findings in the field of drugs and legislative changes, participation in the activities of the EMCDDA and the production and dissemination of products defined in the contract.
Expected Results and Materials
Tasks linked to a contract with the EMCDDA:
- Overview of data, entry of tables and structured questionnaires and preparation of the National Drug Report in English, reviews and validation of reports and data, monitoring and reporting in the EWS, attendance at meetings, replies to ad hoc requests from the EMCDDA, preparation of substantive and financial reports;
- General Population Study (ATADD 2023): field survey carried out (data collected);
- Participation in the education of the EMCDDA (Plato) for the national trainers and the implementation of related activities;
- The introduction of the e-TDI in the remaining lockdowns by the end of 2023 and the introduction of the e-TDI continuously addressed to all centres;
- DRID indicator: processing and final report of the 2022 cross-sectional survey in the CPZOPD network and audit of reporting systems for DRID indicator NIJZ;
- Cohort of the deceased (data collected, preliminary results).
