With the journal, we wish to create a platform for the exchange of scientific discoveries, professional experience and opinions on important public health topics. Contents, presented in the magazine, are aimed at researchers and professionals from the field of public health, policy makers on various managerial levels and project leaders who deal with population health. Editorial board is committed to creating a quality publication with the aim of enhancing science and expertise on interdisciplinary field of public health in Slovenia and abroad.

Which contents are relevant?
Original manuscripts from experts in the field of public health, clinical medicine, pharmacy, sociology, anthropology, psychology, law, economy and other sciences are accepted for peer-review. These contents should directly or indirectly address population health. The main criteria for publishing is the contribution to understanding, maintaining and improving population health.

Peer-review procedure
Peer-review procedure [4] is led by high professional and ethical standards. Independent professionals evaluate each contribution by double blind procedure – identity of the author is not known to the reviewer and vice versa. Public Health Perspectives aim for fast and author-friendly review process.
